Ending a call

An Outcome must be selected before you can end a call.

To end a call, select the "End call" button at the top of the screen.

To continue making calls, select "Next call", otherwise select the "Stop dialling" button located in the top right-hand side of the page. This will then direct you back to the dashboard with updated statistics.

It's important not to close your browser before selecting either Next Call or Stop Dialling as some data is only written back to ConnectWise Manage when these buttons are selected.
