Viewing the call cycle

You can view the contents of the call cycle before dialing. Select the icon from the Campaign grid on the dashboard page to open the cycle. 

The first screen to load will display all scheduled calls for today, along with remaining unscheduled calls. Scheduled calls which are overdue, will be displayed in red.

The automated serving of calls can be over-ridden by creating a custom call cycle. This can be useful if you want to work on a sub-set of a large Campaign. For example, you may want to filter the call list to only display contacts from a specific territory.

Once the view has been filtered,  the view can be saved so it can be used at a later stage. Selecting the "Start dialling" button will process all calls in the view.
