FlashDialler setup

Once registered with FlashDialler, you will receive an email containing a link to a setup screen requesting the following information:

1. "ConnectWise Manage Site": This is the ConnectWise site that can be found on your ConnectWise Manage login page

2. "Company": This is your Company name that can be found on your ConnectWise Manage login page

3. "Public" and "Private" API keys : To communicate with ConnectWise, you need to create new API keys from within ConnectWise itself. It's essential that the security roles are setup as per the instructions otherwise FlashDialler will be unable to communicate with your instance of ConnectWise. 4. "Your Email Address" : The first account created in FlashDialler will be the primary admin account. Use the email address that you use to login to ConnectWise and FlashDialler will automatically link this account during the setup process.

 

Creating a password

On Submit, you will receive an email from FlashDialler with an encrypted link. Clicking on this link will open a new browser window requesting a password. This is the password that you will use to login to FlashDialler.

Once confirmed, your account will be created and you will be automatically logged into FlashDialler.
